We were also shortlisted for the Dunfermline Press Community Awards in 2017! The awards were brilliant and we received a finalists framed award!

About Us

Our team

Our local staff are on hand to make sure you are looked after. From booking a quiet lunch for two, to planning your wedding anniversary or birthday, our staff are on hand to make sure that time with us goes without  a hitch. 

Our history

 Wondering where we got the name Faodail? Faodail means “a lucky find” in Gaelic. Thankfully for you, finding Faodail is easy, as we are at the end of Excise Street, a short walk from Kincardine High Street. We are lucky enough to be based in the Old Unicorn. 

Our specialities

Family run by Michael and Hannah, Faodail offers a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy a delicious seasonal fayre as well as auld favourites that we all know and love (especially our beloved Steak Pie and our out of this world Haggis Pakora)
